Year 5 and 6 Boys Attend London Irish Coaching Session

The boys had the opportunity of working with the London Irish coaching staff to work on their passing and tackling skills.  They then played a match between themselves under the direction and guidance of the coaches putting into practise what they had learnt.  The boys also met some of the players and had an informed Q&A session with them.  After the training session we all travelled to the Madejski Stadium to watch London Irish take on Nottingham in the Greene King IPA Championship.  The boys were invited to perform the Guard of Honour and proudly waved the London Irish flags as the players ran out onto the pitch.  It was a great game and the boys had an amazing time cheering London Irish on to an impressive 60-14 win.  It was a fantastic experience and was thoroughly enjoyed by the boys, parents and staff alike!
