Year 2 Visit Arundel Castle

On Friday 5th May, Year 2 visited Arundel Castle as part of their study of Castles in History. They  walked up lots of very steep steps to the Keep and looked down into a very deep dungeon where prisoners would be thrown and there was no way out! They had the opportunity to dress up as knights, servants, kings and queens and other members of the castle community. The gardens at Arundel Castle were amazing so they finished their day with a lovely walk around the grounds.
