Individual Visits
Individual visits can be arranged throughout the year, at a time that is convenient for you.
If you are interested in your child boarding at HCS we can arrange for you to have a tour of our boarding facilities and to meet some of the boarding staff.
Open Days
Open Days are held every term. These events, offer visitors the chance to meet staff and pupils, have a tour of the school and listen to an address by the Principal. Information about the registration process and Home–School transport is also available.

Taster Days
To ensure that your child’s transfer to HCS is straightforward, all registered pupils for Year 7 and Year 9 are invited into the school for a group Taster Day as part of the standard enrollment process. On arrival, children are teamed up with a ‘mentor’ (current pupil) and they will experience a variety of lessons during the morning, and invited to stay for lunch.
If, for any reason, you and your child are contacting us outside the standard enrollment process we will be pleased to arrange an individual taster day. Please contact Mrs Baird to arrange.
