Pupils have been out and about this week, to many enriching destinations. Year 5 visited INTECH and this also included the opportunity to sample the amazing new planetarium there. The Nursery enjoyed their explorations at Hilliers Arboretum, looking for signs of spring. Longdown Dairy Farm was the host to our Reception class, where the children were able to hold spring chicks and feed the young goats. Year 3 visited Marwell Zoo where they took a close look at animal camouflage and patterns as well as learning about the animals’ environments and habits. All the children involved have been excellent ambassadors for the school and have been, once again, complimented on their consideration and politeness toward other visitors. Well done everyone!
