Boarding by the Boarders

“I settled in to Hampshire Collegiate School really quickly. It is like a second home. There is always plenty  to do – lots of activities – it is never boring. There is also time to relax.

The weekend trips give you the chance to see more of the UK. We have been to cities such as Cambridge and Bath as well as theme parks and shopping trips.

Being Head Girl I have enjoyed organising some fun events such as a talent show:  ‘HCS has Got Talent’ and events for charity such as a Harvest food collection and selling candy canes at Christmas." Marle, Former Head Girl (Germany)

“I like this school because it is different to my Russian one. There are many different sports and the school is very friendly.” Philipp  (Russia)

“I like boarding at HCS. At the weekends there are trips and lots of activities to do. I also like the food and the teachers are really nice.” Ray (Hong Kong)

“Settling in to the boarding house was easy because of the friendly natured  people here. I get my work done and enjoy my free time.” Kate (UK)

“The best thing about boarding is definitely the social aspect. The atmosphere around the HCS boarding house is fantastic, and this was the main factor in the process of settling in.” Dominic  (France)

“The boarding house is like a new family. I am really enjoying every minute
at Hampshire Collegiate School.”
