BEST A LEVEL RESULTS IN THE HISTORY OF HCS

This year's results are the best in the history of the school. The Sixth Form has been in growth year by year, now numbering over 100 talented students, and achievements have also shown fantastic improvement.  HCS has a long tradition of optimizing outcomes for students of all abilities with its concentration on each student as an individual. As a result, the number of students gaining superb results, giving them access to universities ranked within the top twenty in the UK, has significantly increased. 

50% of the students have offers from universities ranked within the top twenty in the UK, which becomes a stunning 57% when both art and medicine are included.  11% of the results were A*, and a stunning 30% A*-A amongst this year’s students.  53% of the results ranged between A*-B, with an overall pass of 96%.
