Each term, our Sixth Form students attend a formal, black-tie dinner event and listen to and reflect on the life stories and experiences of influential entrepreneurs, explorers and pioneers. During these evenings, and over a three-course dinner, students have the opportunity to respond to and discuss the challenging issues that are presented to you by the guest speaker.
This week, we have announced our programme of speakers for this academic year:
- Autumn Lecture: David Millar – former professional cyclist and anti-doping campaigner
- Spring Lecture: Suzie Imber – associate professor of planetary science and winner of the BBC 2 series ‘Astronauts’
- Spring Lecture: Alex Hibbert – polar explorer
