HCS celebrates and shares excellence in teaching practice

Hampshire Collegiate School has hosted its first Teaching & Learning Conference. Attended by over 130 teachers from the UK, the conference celebrated and shared the best educational research, thinking and innovative practices to improve teaching and learning. 

The conference included keynote speeches from bestselling author of ‘Cleverlands’, Lucy Crehan, and editor of Tes (formerly the Times Education Supplement), Ann Mroz. Delegates chose from over 15 workshops which were led by leading experts and opinion formers from the teaching profession. A panel debate comprised Jon Coles (Chief Executive of United Learning), Mike Buchanan (Vice Chair of the Headmasters’ & Headmistresses’ Conference) and Lucy Crehan.
