Key Stage 2 embarked on some very competitive mixed inter-house hockey matches. The children were in good spirits and played some hard and fast hockey. Many goals were scored across the board. Thank you to all our spectators who spurred the teams on with your cheers of encouragement.

Were the reigning champions Palmerston able to hold on to the cup for another year or do we have a new champion for mixed hockey? We are delighted to announce the winning house is Chichester. Austen finished in second place, Palmerston came third and Nightingale were fourth.

Wednesday saw a block fixture in the sunshine for our U10 & U11 boys and girls against Boundary Oak. Our mixed U10/11 rugby team played a superb friendly match against Boundary Oak’s U10s. Both teams demonstrated great passing and tackling skills and showed notable improvement from the beginning to the end of the match. Our U10 & U11 girls came out for hockey matches against Boundary Oak. The energy among all three teams was high and the girls played some great hockey, coming away with two wins and a draw. Well done to all the girls and boys on their performance!
