Private home-school transport
We operate an extensive and tailored home-school transport system using the school’s private minibuses and, new from September 2019, we will launch the HCS London Explorer.
‘Hampshire Collegiate School Explorer’
London families are able to benefit from an independent education in the country at Hampshire Collegiate School with the new ‘HCS Explorer’ service from Waterloo. Children can enjoy weekly boarding at the school and weekends at home following a short, fully escorted train journey on the HCS Explorer.
Children are transferred to Southampton Airport Parkway station after school o Friday by private school minibus and arrive at London Waterloo around 6.30pm. On Sunday evenings, a member of our Boarding Family meets the children at London Waterloo and they will travel together on the HCS Explorer, arriving at school by 7.30pm. A packed supper will be provided and children have the opportunity to finish homework and catch up with friends during the journey under the supervision of our staff.
Private home-school bus routes
Our routes operate across Hampshire, Wiltshire and the New Forest and our children arrive safely at school by 8:30am each morning and the afternoon buses leave at 5:15pm on Mondays to Thursdays, so that pupils can take part in our co-curricular programme, and 4:10pm on Fridays.
Any requests for a stop directly on the core route may be considered. Our current routes are as follows, but routes are tailored to meet the requirements of our families.
