This week saw a block fixture against Prince’s Mead. Our U11 A and B football teams kicked off the week with two superb wins. The U11 As played a very patient and tactfully aware match which resulted in a super team effort and two well taken goals with a final score of 2-0 to Hampshire Collegiate School. The boys worked hard to keep a clean sheet. The U11 B team played a well fought game; every player made a considerable effort to stick to their position which created space for our strikers to score five goals, resulting in a 5-2 win for Hampshire Collegiate School. A great team effort from all, well done!

A tough football game was had by our U8 and U9 boys; congratulations to Jake B on receiving player of the match for some amazing saves.

Our Year 5 and 6 netball girls played three very tough netball matches. The sun was shining and the energy amongst the girls was electric, every single one of them played their absolute best and fought until the end. Although defeated, the girls can take so much from these matches and will be ready to come back fighting after Half Term.

A netball first for some of our U8 and U9 girls: they all worked hard against some strong opposition and enjoyed the whole experience from the rain during play to the doughnuts at match tea. Well done to Annecy and Teigan for receiving players of the match.
