Sixth Form

We combine our outstanding teaching expertise with personalised curriculums to provide a tailored A Level learning experience. You will receive exceptional levels of one-to-one support and access to a formidable range of opportunities that will broaden your horizons. We aim to ensure that you feel inspired to learn, to do your best and fulfil your academic and personal potential in readiness for university and beyond.

All our students should feel empowered to make informed choices about their future career paths and we offer a career coaching and business programme to support this. Our university roadshows, higher education conferences and workshops form part of our two-year programme that will help you choose and secure a place at your chosen university. Our industry careers evenings will enable you to start building your professional network and learn from the career paths of successful business people.

In Year 12 you will complete our Mini MBA Experience which, supported by our industry partners, will equip you with an understanding of the factors affecting business performance and develop your commercial awareness.  You will attend our termly black-tie Nightingale Lectures where our A Level students enjoy a formal dining experience in the Manor House and hear from inspirational guest speakers.

Our diverse co-curricular programme includes performing arts, sports, debating, overseas expeditions and the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. From representing members of the school community at Student Council and leading our golf and sailing programmes to supporting staff in the planning and management of school investment projects, you will take an active role in the leadership of our school.
